If I try Tor browser without Tor network and without using VPN, I got the same result as using Tor browser with Tor network. When I checked my location through iplocation, I got tor's node location. When I logged in the website it says that my current timezone is utc +00:00 - undefined, so I am able to hide my location, but I am not able to fake it. I installed Tor browser and based on this tutorial I set only specific countries to fake my location. When I checked my location through iplocation, I got VPN's location. I installed Brave browser and logged in a website, but my real location was recognized. I installed TunnelBear VPN and I allowed GhostBear and VigilantBear options. onion services? By using normal unmodified Tor Browser, it's much much harder to fingerprint you. With all that said, do they know who you are personally? No. You can break this by not visiting there are the same time and only using the real Tor Browser. Once there is a pattern, then there is a fingerprint. If you go to the same website everyday with Brave Tor Mode at around 5pm, then they can start making a pattern of that one person who uses Brave Tor Mode every day. If you go to a website once or twice with Brave Tor Mode, then you are 100% anonymous with nothing to be afraid of.
